The AI Assistant uses your actual database and report context to answer questions in natural language. You can ask about today’s or yesterday’s sales, total revenue in a date range, payment breakdown (paid, due, partial), top-selling products, low-stock items, customer and supplier counts, expenses, and inventory value. The system runs real queries (sales, purchases, products, customers, suppliers, expenses, stock) and passes the results to the AI so answers use real numbers, not placeholders. Conversation history is supported so you can ask follow-ups. Quick-data endpoints provide summary stats (e.g. today’s sales, this month vs last month, product and customer counts, low-stock count). The assistant is aware of your database schema, available reports, and currency formatting so responses stay accurate and on-brand. The module can be enabled or disabled from Super Admin settings.
