How we release updates
We ship improvements and new features on a regular schedule so you always have access to the latest capabilities and fixes without disruptive big-bang upgrades.
Release cycle
- Continuous deployment: Many changes (bug fixes, performance improvements, small enhancements) are released as soon as they are tested. You get them automatically—no action required.
- Feature releases: Larger features or new modules are rolled out in phases. We may enable them for all customers at once or for a subset (e.g. beta users or certain plans) before general release.
- Versioning: We use a version number (e.g. 2.1.0) for reference in support and documentation. The cloud app is always on the current version; no manual upgrade needed.
Quality and stability
All changes go through automated tests and code review. We run staging environments that mirror production. If we discover a critical bug after a release, we prioritise a fix and deploy it as soon as possible.

Maintenance windows
Most updates are applied with zero downtime. For maintenance that requires a short outage (e.g. database migrations or infrastructure upgrades), we schedule a maintenance window and notify you in advance by email and in-app message.
- Windows are typically outside peak hours in major regions (e.g. late evening or weekend).
- We aim to keep planned outages under 30 minutes and will communicate if we expect longer.
- In the rare case of an unplanned incident, we will post updates on our status page (if available) and/or by email until the issue is resolved.
If you have questions about a specific update or maintenance, contact support@sehacore.com.
