HRM System

Employee management, departments and designations, shifts, attendance tracking, leave management with approvals, payroll and payslips, and sales targets with performance tracking — all in one place.

Overview

The SehaCore HRM module gives you a full set of tools for people and performance. Employees are users linked to a department and designation, with optional basic salary for payroll. Departments and designations are configurable (name, code, description) so you can structure your organisation. Shifts define start and end times for scheduling. Attendance is recorded per employee per day: clock-in and clock-out times, optional shift, and status (present, absent, late, half day, holiday) with notes. Leave types (e.g. annual, sick) have name and code; employees submit leave requests with start and end date, total days, and reason. Leave workflow supports pending, approved, rejected, and cancelled, with approver and rejection reason. Payroll records monthly pay per employee (reference code, month-year, total amount) with payment status: paid, unpaid, or partial; payslips let you view and manage individual slips. Sales targets are set per employee per month-year (target amount); the system compares actual sales (from Sales module) to targets so you can track performance and see who is meeting or exceeding goals. The HRM dashboard gives a single entry point to all of this.
