You can set opening stock by product and warehouse — including variants and lot numbers — and bulk-import it from CSV. Use stock adjustments to add or subtract quantity with a reference and reason; use transfers to move stock between warehouses. Batch and expiry dates are supported with edit and merge; reorder levels (alert quantity) trigger low-stock alerts and PDF exports. Stock-taking uses a downloadable CSV template; upload counted quantities to compare and auto-correct, with skipped-item reports.
