Inventory Management

Real-time stock tracking across warehouses, opening stock, adjustments, transfers, batch and expiry management, and powerful reports — so you always know what you have and where.

Overview

SehaCore keeps inventory accurate and visible at all times. Stock is tracked per product and per warehouse, with every change recorded as a movement (purchases, sales, returns, adjustments, transfers, and opening stock). You can set opening stock by product and warehouse — including variants and lot numbers — and bulk-import it from CSV. Use stock adjustments to add or subtract quantity with a reference and reason; use transfers to move stock between warehouses. Batch and expiry dates are supported with edit and merge; reorder levels (alert quantity) trigger low-stock alerts and PDF exports. Stock-taking uses a downloadable CSV template; upload counted quantities to compare and auto-correct, with skipped-item reports. Reports include stock by warehouse (with closing stock valuation and Excel export), stock movement history per product, dead stock, batch expiry, adjustment history, and inventory valuation in profit & loss. You can print barcodes for products and see stock value by warehouse on the dashboard for full control and auditability.
