Multi-Warehouse

Manage unlimited locations with separate stock, per-warehouse pricing, stock and money transfers, warehouse-specific accounts, and consolidated or per-location reporting.

Overview

SehaCore multi-warehouse lets you run stores, branches, or depots as separate locations while keeping one system. Each warehouse has its own profile (name, phone, country, city, email, zip), and you can create, edit, or remove locations (the default warehouse is protected). Stock is tracked per product per warehouse: opening stock, purchases, sales, returns, adjustments, and transfers are all warehouse-scoped. Optionally enable per-warehouse pricing so cost and selling price can differ by location. Stock transfers move inventory between warehouses with full movement history. In the Accounting module, warehouse accounts link each location to the chart of accounts with opening balances and money transfers between warehouses. Roles and users can be restricted to specific warehouses so staff only see their locations; the dashboard and reports (stock, sales, purchases, P&L, dead stock, expiry, etc.) can be filtered by warehouse or viewed consolidated. The dedicated warehouse report shows sales, purchases, returns, and expenses per location with tabbed detail lists.
